When you step outside your comfort zone and you get that excited/anxious feeling in your tummy …do you ignore it or embrace it??     I had it today. I taught a friends spiritual development class tonight and will be doing so for the next few weeks. But earlier today the butterflies began to flit their wings in my tummy. I was prepared. I breathed. I meditated.. But still there they were.


So I loved them. I embraced the tingles and felt grateful to be challenged. To be growing and pushing outside my comfort zone. I raised that ‘tingling in my tummy’ feeling up to my heart chakra and let it expand.   I let the feeling have free reign – but I moved it to my heart space so I could experience it positively instead of through an anxiety spectrum.   It made all the difference and I was able to relax and enjoy the class. I can’t wait for next week.
